I know the feeling of wanting more from life.

I understand how exquisitely painful life can be, and also how magnificent. I have experienced this inner work personally, and continue to engage it regularly. I want you to know that I walk alongside you in this meandering journey of healing, repair, and growth. The offerings I share with you in The Radiant Life Project are valuable tools and practices I learned from my own conscious inner work journey in the school of life, as well as various clinical, spiritual, and creative modalities I have been trained in. My calling toward this work with my clients is deeply meaningful to me. I feel energized and ignited by this intentional form of healing. It aligns with my highest purpose.

The Radiant Life Project is my invitation to you. It is my conscious work to help you build and cultivate a life that is illuminated from the inside-out, and radiates into all facets of your being. Qualities inherent in a Radiant Life include: authenticity, creativity, integrity, purpose, compassion, and so much more. I call this work a Project to acknowledge the work-in-progress we each are, and to honor the unique journey we must travel toward attaining the Radiance that is our birthright.

I came to this work intuitively from an early interest in the combination of psychology, spirituality, and creativity. My formal schooling began at the University of Denver where I graduated with a dual bachelor’s degree in psychology and art. Next, I eagerly pursued post-graduate education at Naropa University (a Buddhist-inspired school in Boulder, CO) where I earned a master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology and Art Therapy. I was a Licensed Professional Counselor and clinical psychotherapist for over fifteen years before I chose to stop offering psychotherapy services and step into the deep and meaningful work of Radiant Life Coaching. In addition to being a depth and creativity coach, I am also a Board Certified and Registered Art Therapist and an award winning published author. My private practice is a colorful, creative, cozy space located in the Ken Caryl area of Littleton, Colorado where I offer both in-person and online support for individuals, groups, and audiences of many kinds in various parts of the world.

Skillful training and experience is important to me. As an avid learner, I have pursued various post-graduate trainings in diverse therapeutic modalities. My work is informed by: Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS Parts Work), Interpersonal Neurobiology, Art Therapy Relational Neuroscience (ATR-N), ASIST Suicide Prevention, Transpersonal Meditation, Buddhist Psychology, and various other theoretical frameworks. I embrace a consistent intention toward learning, and I frequently participate in trainings, conferences, and workshops to enhance my skill base. This allows me to draw from an expansive reservoir of clinical and holistic modalities to support you. I am fascinated by the edge between science and spirituality, and many of my practices bridge those two realms.

my approach

My work in The Radiant Life Project offers a holistic, preventive health perspective which incorporates verbal, creative, and body-centered skills and techniques. I operate from a perspective that considers each person in their mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional entirety. It is my genuine belief that each person is capable of choosing their life's path, and re-creating their story along the way. When you work with me, the inherent wisdom, strength, and wholeness that live within you will be invited to shine, expand, and thrive.
